1. Are your perfumes original?
Our fragrances are inspired versions of iconic scents. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the original brands. Each scent is carefully crafted to capture the essence and spirit of the original.

2. How long do your perfumes last?
Our formulations are Extrait de Parfum strength (30–40% oil concentration), ensuring a long-lasting scent trail that can last several hours depending on your skin type, environment, and application method.

3. What if my order is delayed?
Our processing time is 7–15 days depending on stock. In rare cases of delays, our team will reach out to keep you updated.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping only within India.

5. Can I return or exchange a perfume if I don’t like the fragrance?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you don’t like the scent. We recommend trying smaller size options first.

6. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please record a video while unboxing your parcel and email it to info@perfuminati.com. Claims without video proof may not be accepted.

7. How do I choose the right fragrance for me?
