Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes.

  • Exceptions are made only in cases of breakage/damage during delivery.

  • To raise a claim, please email us at info@perfuminati.com with video proof of the unboxing.

  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  • Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
